  2. Three to Seven Year Long-term Strategic Plan is created, known, and understood by all employees
  3. Systems to monitor and gauge Threats and Opportunities is in place and adding value to the business.
  4. Key employees share defined values and corresponding cultural norms and behaviors are rewarded.
  5. Outside perspectives, experts, and competencies are regularly used to drive best practices, innovation, and intelligence.
